How far in advance do you need to order?

We prefer at least 3-4 weeks lead time as these flowers are all hand-piped, each petal that’s why we do only limited numbers everyday bcoz lot of time and effort goes into piping them.

We prefer giving us as much notice as you can for weddings and other large orders. However, we do understand that sometimes there are last-minute plans or unexpected events, in such times please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will try to accommodate your request depending upon availability on the day.

How long do the cupcakes stay fresh? Do they need refrigeration?

When stored properly our cupcakes can last up to 3 days after purchase. To maintain the freshness we recommend storing them away from sunlight in a cool, dry place with no moisture or heat. They can be left outside at room temperature and there is no need to refrigerate unless the weather is very warm and humid.  If due to weather you have to refrigerate your cupcakes then we recommend doing so in an airtight container to prevent them from drying out and coming in contact and absorbing odour with other food items. We recommend taking them out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before you consume them to bring them to room temperature to enjoy a nice and creamy texture.

Are these cupcakes halal?

Yes, all ingredients used are halal.

Are the cupcakes nut or dairy-free?

No. Our cupcakes may have traces of nuts, eggs, milk, cocoa, butter etc. For vegan, gluten-free or nut-free options please email us to discuss further.

Do you offer delivery or pick-up?

We prefer pick up but for delivery please email or message us to discuss.
