By ordering from Rustic Roses you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Pre-payment is needed to confirm all orders and until payment is received your order cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel any order still awaiting payment on the delivery date.
Deliveries are made by hand on the date specified by you in your order. All deliveries are undertaken by Rustic Roses or our couriers. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the day of your order. If there is no one available to receive the cupcakes, we will do our best to leave them in a safe place. We cannot hold the cupcakes for re-delivery. Please note that Rustic Roses cannot accept any liability for the treatment of your order or mishandling once a delivery has been made. Additionally, we cannot take liability for the cupcake’s fitness for consumption if they have been delivered to a third party other than you (neighbours, receptionists etc.) and/or if they have been left outside in contact with natural elements.
All our products are baked to order and we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, contact us within 24 hours via email at hello@rusticroses.com.au. Rustic Roses reserves the right to proceed as deemed fit.
We reserve the right to use photographs and videos of orders we prepare for our website and social media.
Payments Are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any changes in design, date and collection time are at the discretion of Rustic Roses and may not always be possible.
