When my kids grew up and flew the nest, I found myself with something I hadn't had in years — time. Time to explore, to create, to simply be. So at 50, I picked up a piping bag, and everything changed.
What started as a quiet hobby quickly became my happy place. My therapy. My joy. There is something deeply meditative about turning a simple swirl of buttercream into a lifelike rose, a delicate dahlia, a garden of blooms that happens to be entirely edible.
I fell completely, unapologetically in love with this art.
Since then I have made countless cupcakes for life's most beautiful moments — birthdays, celebrations, gifts and everything in between — and have had the privilege of teaching hundreds of students this craft I hold so close to my heart. Watching someone pipe their very first petal and light up with pride? That never gets old.
This is not just a business. It is my passion, my creative outlet, and honestly — my happiest place.
